In Herit4ages, FENIX TNT plays a critical role in leading several key tasks that are crucial to the project’s success. FENIX TNT is responsible for Task 1.3, overseeing the Implementation of the Data Management Plan (DMP. Additionally, they lead WP9, which focuses on the overall Commercialization, Dissemination, and Communication Strategy for the project. This includes executing the project's dissemination and communication activities to ensure broad visibility and reach. Moreover, FENIX TNT is managing the IPR Protection and Exploitation Management, safeguarding the project's intellectual property while paving the way for impactful exploitation strategies. FENIX TNT also leads Task 9.3, which involves developing the Business Model for Herit4ages solutions and conducting a market assessment for retrofitting solutions, ensuring that the innovations created during the project are viable and ready for market.
