HERIT4AGES Participated in the Built4People Clustering Meeting

The HERIT4AGES project had the honor of being represented at the Built4People 2nd Clustering Meeting held on November 19, 2024, in Brussels. This event, organized by CINEA, ECTP, and the Nebula project under the Horizon Europe initiative, brought together up to 30 projects funded by the Built4People Partnership.

The partnership focuses on creating sustainable, innovative solutions for a resource-efficient and low-emission built environment. HERIT4AGES contributed to discussions emphasizing the preservation of cultural heritage while aligning with modern energy renovation goals.

During the meeting, HERIT4AGES was showcased through a presentation led by our project coordinator, Carlos Ochoa. The session highlighted the project’s achievements and ongoing efforts in safeguarding heritage buildings by integrating sustainable and resilient energy solutions. This was an excellent opportunity to share ideas, learn from other European initiatives, and promote collaborations that amplify the impact of heritage preservation research.

The event also featured a robust networking session, where projects explored synergies and discussed shared challenges, strengthening their collective ability to address Europe’s built environment challenges.

We thank the organizers, CINEA and ECTP, for facilitating this valuable platform and look forward to building lasting partnerships with sister projects under the Built4People initiative. For more information on HERIT4AGES and updates from the project, stay connected with us.
